5.1 Delivery Time: We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to external factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.).
5.2 Delivery Area: Currently, we deliver to the following locations: 15Km from our shop only. Orders outside these areas may not be accepted.
5.3 Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may apply based on your location and order size. The charges will be displayed at checkout.
6.1 Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
6.2 Refunds: We provide refunds in cases of incorrect or damaged items. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 15days, but it may take longer for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
6.3 Refund Timelines: Refunds will be initiated within 15days after reviewing the claim. Contact our customer support if there are delays beyond this period.

All content, logos, images, and materials on the app are owned by Boley or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
