At Boley (AS Fresh Mart), we are committed to delivering fresh vegetables and groceries directly to your door with efficiency and care. This Shipping Policy explains the delivery process, estimated times, fees, and responsibilities. By placing an order through our app, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to 10kms from our local shop in karaikudi. Please ensure your delivery address is within our service area. If your location is outside our delivery zones, you will not be able to place an order through the app.

2. Delivery Times:

We aim to deliver orders within 1hrs of order confirmation, depending on your location and the availability of products. Deliveries are made Monday to Saunday between 06.00 AM and 8.00 PM. Orders placed before 07.00 P.M will be delivered the same day, while orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.

3. Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the total value of your order. The applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via the app or email with a tracking link (if available) to monitor the status of your delivery. You can also track your order in real-time through the "My Orders" section of the app.

5. Order Acceptance and Responsibilities:

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Please review the details to ensure accuracy. If there are any issues with your order, contact our customer support immediately. Ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the delivery address to receive the order within the specified delivery window. If no one is available to accept the delivery, we will attempt to contact you. If delivery is unsuccessful after [1 attempts], the order will be returned, and any applicable re-delivery fees will be charged.

6. Handling Perishable Goods:

We take great care in handling and delivering perishable items. All vegetables, fruits, and other perishable goods are packed and transported to maintain their freshness and quality. However, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order promptly to avoid any degradation in quality due to delayed acceptance.

7. Delivery Delays:

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as: Weather conditions, Traffic or logistical issues & Product availability. In such cases, we will notify you of any significant delays and provide a revised delivery time.

8. Order Modifications:

Once your order has been placed, you can't able to modify the items. Contact our customer service at +91 9384344321 as soon as possible.

9. Missing or Incorrect Items:

If any items are missing or incorrect in your delivery, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.

10. Failed Deliveries:

Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and you may be charged for re-delivery. If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your order due to no one being available to accept it after [1 attempts], the order will be returned, and re-delivery fees may apply.
